3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that any material or content available on or through our platform infringes upon a valid copyright owned or controlled by you, please submit a written notification containing each of the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, including exact URLs or direct locations on our platform to facilitate verification.
- Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact the complaining party (name, physical address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to civil liability for damages.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification to our designated agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to local jurisdiction.
